Woofstock 2010
Annual Animal Adoption & Music Festival
In its 4th Year - Now an Annual Event

We are thrilled to say, it is on its way! Todd Field, University of Puget Sound, will once again be the setting for Dugan Foundation's Annual Pet Adoption & Music Festival.
Come Play on the Grass! Woofstock has become the largest single adoption event in the state of Washington. Thirty rescue groups and non-profits from all around Washington State will have companion animals of every shape and size, available for adoption: dogs, cats, bunnies and ferrets. Bringyour other dogs to play in our fenced areas, and ensure you get the right fit for your whole family. Last year we adopted out 115 animals from this event, and this year we have even more groups and more animals that will be needing homes.

Merchants will be on hand offering great products and services to help you with your pets.
We'll once again have our Woofstock T shirts on sale, $18/adults $15/youth. Hand tie-dyed in Montana, this year dark green with bottom wave. Popular sizes sell out fast so buy one as soon as you get there! They're beautiful.

Entertainment our Main Stage - Sponsored by Mackie Entertainment Systems will feature:
10:00 am Maya Cates & Matt Lester on Celtic Fiddle and Acoustic Guitar

11:00 am Guest Artists

11:30 am The Dave Hannon Band back by popular demand!
Great, alternative rock for the whole family.
1:00 pm Pet Contests: Look Alike (pet and person), Most Character, and Pet Tricks!

2:00 pm The Fentons - Playing alternative rock originals and traditional country twang.

3:00 pm Various guest vocal performances

Our Field Stage will include: Doggercise demonstrations - by MetroParks

Come ready to play. Pet related services and merchants will be on hand for great shopping and learning. We'll even have animal themed face painting for the kids. It is a day of fun for the whole family.

Come be part of an amazing day in the lives of many companion animals in Washington.

Sponsors are keeping our costs down
Be part of the day - $50 Water Bowl Sponsors

Woofstock costs are kept so low because of our amazing sponsors, both in kind and cash. Without them, it would be a different day. All net proceeds on the day and sponsorship will be available for participating organizations to apply for grants. Last year, with the net funds remaining, we awarded five $1000 grants to participating organizations and did tremendous good for the spay neuter, food and shelter, microchipping and fostering of homeless animals all around the state.

This year our Generous Sponsors include:

Best in Class Sponsor: Reprographics Northwest - They're amazing!

Critter Companion: Mackie Systems Entertainment and Trader Joe's

Area Sponsors:
City of Tacoma Heritage Bank K9 Klean Up Petco Foundation

Additional Sponsors: Country Kennels Fantasy Faces Food for Four Legged Friends Pawsitive Alliance Pet Connection The Greater MetroParks Foundation
The Dave Hannon Band The Fentons

Bandana Sponsor: Jonz Catering

Water Bowl Sponsors:
Mary Ann Merendino Pony Tails Ranch Sumner Veterinary Hospital

We are so grateful to all of these individuals and companies.

Be A Water Bowl Sponsor for $50
If you can't make it but you want to be a part of the day, a water bowl sponsorship at $50 is a great way to help the participating organizations.

See our website under sponsorship for a form, or just send a check and a note to Dugan Foundation, indicating you want to sponsor a water bowl.

This year we feel anything is possible, we have more adoption groups than ever, and more hope than ever.

Be part of the day and who knows what we will do!
